Ingredients
Two Eggs
Two Franks
Half pepper: orange, yellow or red
Two boiled potatoes
Two white mushrooms
Aromic salt (product of Finland)
Optional:
Two small pickled cucumbers or few slices of banana peppers
Olive oil or butter

RECIPE
Slice potatoes and put them in frying pan. Add
aromic salt on top of potato slices. Fry
with olive oil or butter about five minutes. Then add sliced mushrooms
and pepper slices.
Add franks and keep cooking.
Add optional items.
Add eggs but don't scramble them.
Cook about five minutes. When it looks good, then: Ready Steady
Eat with tomatoes and cucumbers.
